Anna Heinzerling is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who provides psychotherapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families.  She has been working in the mental health field for over 10 years in neighborhood, residential, outpatient, and school settings.  Anna has extensive practice working with people who have experienced trauma, individuals on the autism spectrum, and people with a variety of other needs including depression, anxiety, and ADHD.  

Anna particularly enjoys working with people who don’t quite feel like they fit in, and empowering them to know their strengths and feel more confident with themselves and in social situations.  She also recognizes that different life transitions, both expected and unexpected, can bring about a lot of stress. Therapy can be a useful tool in navigating these changes. Anna uses a person-centered approach to meet people where they are at and collaborate with them to reach their goals.
