Sarah Weber, MA, LMFT

Sarah Weber is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. She has worked in school, community, and intensive outpatient settings. She works with individuals and families 10 years of age and older. She works from a client-centered humanistic lens, utilizing connection, humor, and art. Her goal is for people to leave therapy with better understanding and acceptance of themselves and tools that enable them to feel capable and confident. 

 

Sarah specializes in the treatment of trauma and is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She is a Trauma Center Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY) facilitator and offers yoga as a way to promote mind/body connection, mindfulness, and empowerment as a modality of healing after trauma. She offers trauma sensitive yoga both individually and in groups. 

 

Sarah is a neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist who works with people to understand their own individual wiring and identity in a way that highlights strengths, creative abilities, and interests.
